Candidates selected for the Officer post through the RBI Grade B 2024 Exam will receive an annual salary ranging from Rs. 12 to Rs. 14 Lac. The Exact Pay Scale for RBI Grade B Officer is structured as follows: Rs 55,200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750. Initially, candidates will have a Basic Pay of Rs. 55,200/- with an increment of Rs. 2850/- for the first nine years of their service.
Upon completing the initial nine years, officers will progress to the executive band, resulting in an increment of the basic pay to Rs. 80,850/-. Subsequently, there will be additional increments of Rs. 2850/- for the following two years and Rs. 3300/- for the subsequent four years. Ultimately, the basic pay will reach Rs. 99,750/-. It is worth noting that these increments occur even without any promotions.
