SSC CHSL 2023: Application Fee

The application fee for SSC CHSL 2023 can be paid through State Bank of India (SBI) using different methods such as challan, SBI Net Banking, or any other bank Credit/Debit Card. The challan form will be generated online for payment. The application fee is non-refundable and varies based on the category of the candidate. Here are the fee details:

SSC CHSL 2023: Selection Process

SSC CHSL 2023: Admit Card

SSC CHSL 2023: Answer Key

After the SSC CHSL Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exam, SSC releases the answer key for candidates. Initially, a provisional answer key is published, and if candidates find any errors, they can raise objections. After reviewing the objections, SSC releases the Final Answer key for the SSC CHSL Exam.

SSC CHSL 2023: Cut Off

SSC CHSL 2023: Result

Once the provisional SSC CHSL Answer Key is published, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announces the Result in a PDF format. The Result PDF contains the names of the candidates who have been shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process. You can check the SSC CHSL Result on the official website of SSC, which is ssc.nic.in. It’s important to note that the result will be announced only through the official website and there won’t be any other mode of result announcement. 

SSC CHSL 2023: Resolution of Tie Cases

If there is a tie in the scores of candidates in the Tier-I + Tier-II examinations of SSC CHSL, the merit will be determined using the following criteria in the specified order until the tie is resolved:

  1. Total marks obtained in the Tier-II Examination.
  2. Total marks obtained in the Tier-I Examination.
  3. Date of birth, with older candidates being ranked higher.
  4. Alphabetical order of the first names of the candidates.

These criteria will be applied one by one to determine the final ranking in case of a tie.

The candidate must have completed Class 12th from a recognised board he must be between the ages of 18 years to 27 years.

All candidates needs to be familiar with the SSC CHSL syllabus in order to do well in the SSC CHSL Examination which will be held in August 2023, as stated by SSC. The SSC CHSL Tier-I Syllabus includes four subjects: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence, and General Awareness. Tier-II Examination has three phases each with two modules:
Section 1: Module I: Mathematical Abilities and Module II: Reasoning and General Intelligence.
Section 2: Module I: English Language and Comprehension and Module II: General Awareness.
Section 3: Module I (Computer Knowledge Test) and Module II (Skill Test/Typing Test).

Yes, SSC CHSL have personal interview round. Candidates who fulfil the cut-off criteria on the written examination will be able to appear for the interview.

Students also have to obtain the minimum qualifying score in order to clear the examination. According to the most recent exam recruitment announcement, the required minimum qualifying marks in the SSC CHSL Exam examination is 33% for Tier 2.

A candidate must be between 18 and 27 years of age to appear for the SSC CHSL Examination. As per the regulations, the upper age restriction is relaxed for candidates having reservation category.

The SSC CHSL Tier 1 Examination has a total of 4 sections, and each section has 25 questions. Consequently, each section carries 50 marks.
